- We ship in 48 U.S. states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

Returns & Exchanges:

Pre-orders:
- We produce our stock in small quantities to maintain our sustainable practices. Orders will be on pre-order and will ship within 4-6 weeks.
Receiving The Wrong Item:
- Please contact support@foodforward.org.
Incorrect Mailing Address:
- If the mailing address is inputted incorrectly at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and the re-shipment.
Can I Change My Order?
- No cancellations or changes permitted once order is placed.
